SnipSong lets you upload photos and generates Spotify playlists based on the images' mood and content. The Service uses third-party APIs (Spotify, OpenRouter) and artificial intelligence to provide this functionality. Premium features are available for a fee.
The Service is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, you may not use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze images and generate playlist recommendations. AI-generated content may not always meet your expectations. We do not guarantee that:

When you connect your Spotify account, you authorize SnipSong to:
We do not access your private playlists, listening history, or modify existing content beyond the playlists we create. By using the Service, you acknowledge you are also bound by Spotify's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You can revoke SnipSong's access at any time through your Spotify account settings.

Refund Policy: We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. After 14 days, you can cancel your subscription at any time and continue using the service until the end of your billing period. No pro-rated refunds for partial months. Fee Changes: We may modify subscription fees at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We will provide reasonable notice of any fee changes. Continued use after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new rate.

The Service is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.
The Service relies on third-party services including Spotify, OpenRouter, and Stripe. SnipSong has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party services. You acknowledge that SnipSong is not liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of or reliance on third-party services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We will not be liable if the Service is unavailable for any reason. We may change features, pricing, or functionality to reflect business priorities or technical requirements.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access for abuse, excessive usage, violation of these terms, or any other reason at our sole discretion. You may disconnect your Spotify account at any time through Spotify's settings. If you have an active subscription, termination does not automatically trigger a refund unless within the 14-day refund window.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnipSong disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on the Service or via other reasonable means. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, stop using the Service.
