By accessing and using SnipSong ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. When you save a playlist or make a payment through the Service, you confirm you have read and accepted these terms.
SnipSong lets you upload a photo and generates a Spotify playlist based on the image's mood and content. The Service uses third-party APIs (Spotify, OpenRouter) to provide this functionality. Premium features are available for a fee.
You retain all rights to images you upload. By uploading a photo, you:
You may not upload images you don't have rights to, including copyrighted material you don't own or license.
SnipSong uses Stripe to process payments. By providing payment information, you:
Refund Policy: We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. After 14 days, you can cancel your subscription at any time and continue using the service until the end of your billing period. No pro-rated refunds for partial months. To request a refund, contact us through our GitHub repository.
When you connect your Spotify account, you authorize SnipSong to: - Read your public profile information - Create playlists on your behalf - Add tracks to those playlists
We do not access your private playlists, listening history, or modify existing content beyond the playlists we create.
We reserve the right to terminate access for abuse, excessive usage, or violation of these terms. You may disconnect your Spotify account at any time through Spotify's settings. If you have an active subscription, termination does not automatically trigger a refund.
SnipSong is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify users of material changes via the Service. If you don't agree with updated terms, stop using the Service.
